Damn it! I just ate about 800 calories of peanut butter. I can't throw it up either because I just had a tooth extracted and I DON'T have time for dry sockets. Well, at least I wont be tempted to eat anything at thanksgiving dinner in a few hours! I was feeling so frustrated this morning but I feel a little more in control. Tomorrow I will start the cabbage diet and I will do that for a week. Then I will start the atkins diet. I am GOING to get down to 115!!! I swear it! I want to be under 130 by the time I start my new job on the 16th!!!
